Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of Services on zt777h, you must complete the registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a contact number. This information is used for account administration, KYC compliance and fraud prevention.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. • All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Betting Rules & Sports Markets

Betting on zt777h is governed by the specific rules applicable to each betting market, which are accessible within the relevant market section of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable betting rules for that market.

General betting rules applicable to all markets on zt777h include the following:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet acceptance.
• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where an explicit cash-out or edit-bet feature is available for that specific market and the bet remains open.

• Maximum win limits per bet and per day apply and are published in the applicable betting rules. zt777h reserves the right to impose reduced maximum limits on specific events or markets at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of zt777h are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct. Breach of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are below the minimum eligible age.
• Fraudulent Activity: Submitting false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargeback fraud or any other conduct intended to defraud zt777h or other users.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account strategies, arbitrage patterns or any other systematic method designed to circumvent the intended purpose of promotional terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, screen scrapers or any automated software to interact with the Platform or to gain an advantage over other users.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on any event that you have inside knowledge of, or in which you are otherwise involved in a manner that would constitute match-fixing or sports corruption under applicable law.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds for any money laundering purpose.
• Unauthorised Data Collection: Scraping, harvesting or systematically collecting data from the zt777h Platform without express written authorisation.

Account Suspension & Closure

zt777h reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud or AML concerns.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Submission of KYC documents that are fraudulent, expired or cannot be verified.
• Identification of conduct constituting Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 09.
• Legal or regulatory obligation to do so under applicable law.
• At the User's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, zt777h reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure. Real Money Funds may be returned to the User through the original deposit method, net of any outstanding obligations, subject to completion of applicable verification and AML review.

Intellectual Property

All content on the zt777h Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game assets, software, data compilations and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of zt777h or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

Any unauthorised use of zt777h intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The zt777h Platform and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zt777h makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for purpose of any information or Service on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt777h shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, anticipated savings, data or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services due to technical maintenance, system failure, internet outage or any force majeure event.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on the Platform as a source of legal, financial or professional advice. zt777h does not provide legal advice.
• Any loss or damage arising from the User's breach of these Terms or from the User's failure to comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Any delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zt777h holds its operating licence, as may be updated from time to time.

In the event of a dispute between a User and zt777h, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The User should first contact zt777h support via live chat or email, setting out the nature of the dispute in writing. zt777h will endeavour to respond within 5 business days with a proposed resolution.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the informal resolution process does not result in a satisfactory outcome, the User may submit a formal written complaint to zt777h. A formal response will be issued within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — ADR / Licensing Authority: Where the complaint remains unresolved following the formal complaint process, Users may have recourse to dispute resolution mechanisms available under the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Details of applicable ADR processes will be provided upon request.

zt777h does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of gambling disputes, as it does not operate under a Pakistani gambling licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the Platform at their own risk and under their own legal responsibility.

Amendments to These Terms

zt777h reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. zt777h accepts no liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from a User's failure to review updated Terms.
